Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 1-day return window for all products.

To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Returns for non-damaged items have a return fee of 200tk.

Returns requested after 1 day will not be accepted unless the issue is related to a confirmed product defect.

For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders:

You may inspect the item at the time of delivery.
If the item is incorrect, damaged, or not what you expected, you can refuse the delivery on the spot.
No payment is required if you refuse the parcel during delivery.

This counts as a valid return under our 1-day return window.

Refunds may apply in the following cases:

Refunds will be issued to bank account or mobile banking within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a seller mistake.
Refunds are made only for the product cost.

Exchanges are accepted within the 1-day window, subject to stock availability.

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Electrical or electronic parts that have been installed, used, or tampered with.
Items showing signs of misuse or damage not caused by shipping.
Special-order or pre-order items.
Items without original packaging or missing components.
